Reunión anual AEG 2018 Annual meeting AEG 2018

Estamos calentando motores de cara a la reunión de la Asociación, que este año tendrá lugar del 12 al 14 de octubre en Tudela, Navarra.

Aunque el programa y horario definitivo de la reunión todavía lo estamos concretando, aquí teneis la información importante.

Jueves, 11 de octubre

* Noche en el hotel (y cena en grupo si somos varias las familias, en el hotel o restaurante cercano)

Viernes, 12 de octubre:

* Visita al Parque Senda Viva.

* Cena en el hotel o restaurante cercano.

* Noche en el hotel

Sábado, 13 de octubre

* Reunión de la Asociación, en el mismo hotel. Mañana y tarde.

Este año, aparte de la Asamblea de rigor, vamos a tener dos «charlas», muy centradas en experiencias personales, en vivencias, que creemos serán muy enriquecedoras, tanto para familias como para los galactosémicos.

Por un lado, charla de la deportista paralímpica Carla Casals.

Por otro lado, algunos de nuestros jóvenes nos explicarán, en primera personas, cómo es hacerse mayor siendo galactosémico/a, y su experiencia personal.

Habrá actividades para los niños, durante la reunión, que todavía estamos preparando. Los más pequeños estarán en el mismo hotel con nosotros, y los más mayores (a partir de 7 o 8 años, a criterio de los padres) saldrán fuera.

 

* Almuerzo en restaurante cercano

* Cena en restaurante cercano y/o en centro de Tudela.

 

*Noche en el hotel.

Domingo, 13 de octubre

* Visita a la ciudad de Tudela, durante la mañana, para las familias que deseen quedarse (aunque no vamos a contratar nada, así que entre las familias que nos vayamos a quedar se puede decidir qué hacer)

 

* Noche en el hotel 

Estaremos en el hotel Bed4You de Tudela.

Necesitamos que os inscribáis lo antes posible, en este enlace. En el hotel nos han pedido que contestemos antes del 15 de agosto.

We are heating up the engines for the Association meeting, which this year will take place from October 12 to 14 in Tudela, Navarra.

Thursday, October 11

* Night at the hotel (and dinner in a group if we are several families, at the hotel or nearby restaurant)

Friday, October 12:

* Visit to the Senda Viva Park.

* Dinner at the hotel or restaurant nearby.

Saturday, October 13

* Meeting of the Association, in the same hotel. Morning and afternoon.

This year, apart from the Assembly of rigor, we will have two «talks», very focused on personal experiences, experiences, which we believe will be very enriching, both for families and galactosemic.

On the one hand, talk by Paralympic sportswoman Carla Casals.

On the other hand, some of our young people will explain to us, in first person, how it is to become greater being galactosémico / a, and their personal experience.

There will be activities for the children, during the meeting, that we are still preparing. The youngest will be in the same hotel with us, and the oldest ones (from 7 or 8 years old, at the discretion of the parents) will go out.

* Visit to the city of Tudela, during the morning, for families who wish to stay (although we will not hire anything, so among the families that we are going to stay can decide what to do)
